Sale of gift vouchers

For this type of purchase, the consumer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal. However, once the hotel stay, gift voucher or gift voucher has actually been used, the consumer loses his right of withdrawal. For any withdrawal, you must complete the withdrawal form, the conditions of presentation of which and the information it contains are set out in the appendix to articles R.222-1 and R.221-3 of the Consumer Code.

Sale of hosting services

With regard to the sale of hosting services, the consumer does not benefit from the right of withdrawal pursuant to article L221-28. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts:
